Welcome to Queensland Labradoodles. We have been breeding dogs on and off for around 12 years. I started out with breeding Beagles as I have always grown up with them but I soon became an owner of a Labradoodle and fell in love with the temperament and loving nature toward kids of all ages, adults and the no fur loss is a huge bonus. Our dogs have been part of peoples lives who have daily struggles due to ASD, PTSD, depression and many other curve balls life throws at us and have brought so much joy and happiness and have turned peoples lives around, this is why I do what I do and breed the best dogs we can.
All our puppies are wormed, frontlined and feed on a premium kibble (Advance puppy). We don't use puppy milk to wean our puppies we use a premium formula that contains all the nutrients that your puppy needs.
Most of our breeding dogs are DNA tested to clear them of all diseases and all of them are hip and elbow scored to give you that peace of mind that your dog is going to be the best it can be and live a long happy life.
All our dogs are sold on a de-sexing contract. The dog is to be de-sexed between 6-9 months old.
All our puppies come with a puppy pack, this has the current worming schedules, a 2kg bag of Advance puppy food, a toy, puppy shampoo, and a bag of treats. We also pay for you to do a puppy development clinic valued at $375, we ask you do this before you bring your puppy home.

A Labradoodles coat can change in colour and type as they mature which means an owner should never choose a dog based on appearance alone.
Our Labradoodles don't shed fur.
FLEECE COAT
The fleece coated Labradoodles often referred to as ‘shaggy’ Labradoodles, are the most common within the breed. Furthermore, the coat of a fleece Labradoodle is said to be the easiest to maintain. This low shedding coat should be brushed out at least once a week.
Fleece coated Labradoodles should feel soft to touch. The curls within the fleece can be slightly wavy to noticeably wavy. Kemp (a course hair) is often found around the eyes of a fleece coated Labradoodle.
WOOL COAT
The wool coated Labradoodles often referred to as ‘curly’ Labradoodles are the second most common within the breed. The tightness of the curl purely depends on the Labradoodles genetics. While some wool coated Labradoodles have tight curls that appear similar to the coat of their Poodle parent, others have a loose curled coat.
If you own a curly coated Labradoodle, it is recommended that you groom your dog once a day. Alternatively, you may opt Labto shave your dog's coat shorter so that it can be easily maintained.
A Labradoodle’s coat should not be grown out further than 4 to 6 inches in length. Allowing your dog's coat to grow excessively leads to matting and in turn pain for your Labradoodle. The shedding coat is not desirable in this breed which is generally the result of a hair coated Labradoodle.
In terms of grooming your Labradoodle, it is recommended to book them in to see a trained dog groomer every 6 to 8 weeks. This applies to any coat type. The hair inside your dog's ears should be plucked regularly to avoid infection and build up. Furthermore, your dog's nails will need to be clipped regularly especially if you only have grass and no concrete.
Our current price for our Labradoodles is $3900
We take 50% deposit within 3 days of your application been approved and the final payment is due at 6 weeks after you have come to view your puppy. If your puppy is 8 weeks or older, we take the full payment on collection of your puppy. The deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to another litter in the future if available. At 6 weeks the puppies have been microchipped, vaccinated and vet checked. Please note we do not allow anyone else to handle the puppies but the owners as the dog is not fully vaccinated against many nasty diseases and we wish for your puppy to stay in top health while in our care. We do understand that there are a lot of puppy scam so paying for a puppy is sometime scary for people but do rest assured we are a full registered business with an ABN, and we strongly recommend when buying a puppy from anyone you do your own research. Things I tell people to look out for is in photos. Are they the same backyards or house, are the houses in Australia e.g., look at the power points, light switches, fencing, gas bottles, roads, streetlights the design of the house. I have saved a few friends, family and customers from falling into this trap. If it doesn't fell right go with your gut.
Queensland Labradoodles wants to continue to properly develop the breed. We want our breeding dogs to be properly socialized and to have a loving family environment to live in. We have found that guardian homes are the best way to accomplish this. Guardian homes allow for local families to get the “pick of the litter” puppy that will be their forever dog while still participating in our breeding program. Queensland Labradoodles retain the breeding rights for a pre-agreed amount of time. This way, our breeding dogs get to live with their families in forever homes getting all the love and attention they need and still participate in the future development of the breed.
Our females don't have more than three litters and are retired by the age of five years old if not sooner. Once retired she becomes your forever pet. Our males are normally needed for a day or 2 and can be need on short notice, e.g. 1 day however we usual will give you a week's notice.
A guardian is responsible for all vet cost not associated with breeding. This includes yearly vaccination and monthly worming. All our dogs are wormed on NexGard Spectra. We recommending you take out pet insurance but is not essential.
As a guardian home you are getting a puppy that has all the best qualities of the breed including health, structure, coat and temperament.
To become a guardian family, you must reside in Brisbane, Sunshine Coast or the Gold Coast. Own your home with a large yard and all other pets must be de-sexed.
Our Guardian dogs are free, but we do take a security deposit of $1500 that is retuned at the end of the contract. If your dog doesn't pass the health testing the security deposit will then become the puppy's purchase price and they will be de-sexed at our cost. We also give the family a bonus $1500 on retirement.
We no longer have a wait list as so many people join but find a puppy before we have one available. This takes time away from our puppies. We ask that you watch our Instagram page for upcoming litters and availability.
The ENS program was developed by the US Military as part of their “bio-sensor” or "super puppy" program and further studied and popularized by Dr. Carmen Battaglia.
At about 2-3 weeks old, puppies start to be able to hear, see, and move around a little better as well as to eliminate on their own.
But it’s the period between birth and this beginning of self-sufficiency that is critical for ENS.
Early Neurological Stimulation is a method of stimulating the nervous systems of the puppies during this time period. It’s based on the principle of eustress. Distress is bad stress—stress that is too overwhelming or lasts too long to be healthy. Eustress is good stress. It’s the same kind of stress that causes you to get stronger when you work out. Working out is stressful on the body, but builds the body, while distress is harmful to the body and causes damage of one kind or another.
ENS provides just the right amount of eustress on the nervous system to stimulate development. It’s like a gym workout for the puppies’ nervous system.
ENS is done while the puppies are in their early developmental stage. The stage that follows early development is their socialization period, which is another critical stage to ensure puppies grow and adapt as optimally as possible. ENS helps prepares them for their socialization period, when they learn how to interact with and trust humans, other dogs, and other species. Using ENS, we ensure your puppies have the emotional development to handle and meet the challenges of socialization.
In other words, ENS is critical to preparing your puppies to meet and conquer their world!
We choose to use the ENS method developed by Dr. Battaglia because it helps produce dogs who have greater tolerance of stress throughout their lifetimes. They also have more resistance to disease, a more responsive adrenal system, and a stronger heart rate and heartbeat. The methods we use are proven by science and experience to promote the best outcomes for our puppies.
We are passionate about producing puppies who have the best chance at the best life, and we believe the ENS program is critical for this process.
Our puppies are adopted quickly, so reach out to reserve your furever puppy or to ask any questions.
